Stewart’s Auction Company (SAC)
originated in 1988 when Bob Stewart, Jr. attended and graduated from
Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in High Point, N.C. In June of 1996
Bobby Stewart, III attended and graduated from Walton School of
Auctioneering in Medina, Ohio. The 4 member family pulled together to
secure the business as a #1 auction company. In 1999, after several years
of planning, the auction family designed and built Stewart’s Auction
Center located at 71 Auction Drive, Jane Lew, WV. This facility is
designed with a country setting in mind. Hard-wood décor on the interior
of the facility which is from our wild, wonderful state of West Virginia.
The building is equipped with full kitchen where home cookin’ is on a
regular basis. At Stewart’s Auction Center you will hear the distinct
sound of the auctioneers crying a sale on a regular basis. SAC is housed
in one of the area’s most elite auction complexes. We will pick up your
merchandise, advertise it and auction it off, putting quick cash in your
hand! We are a full time auction service. Both father and son are active
members of the West Virginia Auctioneers Association and National
Auctioneers Association, where continuing education is gained through
seminars approved by the WV Department of Agriculture. SAC has hosted
annual seminars to accommodate other area
auctioneers with obtaining their CE hours which is required to own or
operate an auction company. Come join us at Stewart’s Auction Center
where the atmosphere of the facility is relaxing and allows you to bring
your entire family and enjoy your time spent with us. Our multi-purpose
complex houses a large social room, complete kitchen and bathroom
facilities, heating, air conditioning, and handicapped accessible. We have
plenty of free parking available.
